I had the exect same problem. I was using iprep v008beta and was getting this. Swapped to v006 still got the problem. The solution i found be searching here is to disable the floppy device.
If you have xp this is how to do it(there might be a quicker way i dont know)
1. Open control panel
2. Open system
3. Click on the hardware tap
4. click on divice manger
5. Expand floppy drives
6. right click and disable

I Used voo6 in the end this solution may work with v008 i dont know. It may also be your usb, mine wasnt working(8GB) So i borried a neighbours(1GB) and it worked.

yeah, some people have had issues with the newer version.  v006 worked best for me, and unless I really need to update for some reason, I'll keep using it.
