Samsung Not Reading Games...

Hey, i just flashed a samsung m25 and i get insert game into xbox 360 console message. I checked the keys and they match. I need some help...Ive tired an OG xbox game and no go. I think the laser may be hell of dirty? The outside on the console looks like hell. DVD movies work.

Was the 360 able to play games before you flashed it?

It is possible the drive laser is bad or the drive that is in the had the wrong key in the first place (buy used?)

What exactly happens when you try to play back up? What happens with an original?
