Flashing The Samsung Ms25

Ok, it's been 4 days since my last post.  I just got the Via card in and popped it in drivers installed etc.  Here is the situation now:

When I get back into the iprep usb boot and run the MTKFlash it is now recognizing the drive as it should be:

Drive Scanned:
1: IDE Pri Master
2: XTREME Pri Master

Choose drive 2:
Port:9f00, Master/Slave:a0

After about 10 min of waiting for somthing to happen I hit esc. Here is what came up after.

Status 51, shoud be 70
ERR:user break (when I hit esc)

whats the deal? I picked up the 6421 and the drive is still giving me trouble?

I also tried this process again and hit esc a few seconds later after selecting '2' and the same status 51 thing came up.

A few issues w/ that would be I am wondering why I would need the benq bios and the samsung bios are optional? I know it says that the benq bios contain dosflash but why does that mean that the samsung is optional?  Also, I bought the 6421 in order not to use dosflash (I think I read somewhere that it was risky?).  Can anyone shed some light on what this stop @ 51 crap means?

a lot of people use iprep to make a boot disc for benq and samsung
sansung uses mtkflash and the 10 seconds trick we are not using that method
so if you have got this on your boot disc thats ok
but we are using dosflash that is only set up on the boot disc by loading the extreme benq
all that is required relly is to have a boot disc with dosflash on it
using a iprep boot disc contains dosflash in the tools folder
we use dosflash in auto mode to flash the ms28 very easy
