Bricked Drive? Can't Eject.
« on: October 08, 2008, 11:10:00 PM »

I tried hooking up my Hitachi 59 drive to my VIA VT642 pci card and using a xecuter connectivity kit for power and mode b setting, and it wouldn't eject so I was stuck at the windows loading screen.

I put the drive back in my 360 (unflashed) and eject no longer works, the light flashes and the dash says open tray but nothing happens. Is the drive bricked or is there some way to fix it?

I have the key from a previous flash, so I'm just going to attempt to flash a replacement.

It does seem like the connectivity kit bricked it somehow.
