Brand New Ms28 Drive Problem.

ok well my old ms28 drive messed up because it was constantly opening even if i tried making it go back in idk whats wrong but i bought a new drive and swaped the chips in it to see if the same problem happens and it does.
but the brand new chip is fine but the question is, is there any way to falsh it to factory setting.
I only have a laptop so is there any way to make the brnad new drive factory setting anything will help plz.

your gonna need to find a friends PC that you can do this on, i dont think you can use your lappy, ideally you need someone with a via SATA chipset or Nvidia Nforce 3/4 also works well, once you have got the right hardware just follow the textbook2008 tutorial (google it) and you should be ok, just make sure you read everything over and over again so that you are 100% sure what you are doing and if it doesnt make sense just dont bother and if you are going to do it BACK UP EVERYTHING just incase.
