I Have A Question With New Drives

Hello everyone i have a question,i have my second x-box with the rrod problem as the first one and now i want to buy a new one.the question is do the new consoles have the problem with the rrod thing and if i buy a new one can i replace the lite on drive of the new console with my old drive which is firmware updated thanks.
