I've got a 0079FL here that I just CANNOT get into Mode B to use that Unlock79 CD.

Quick question, the Slax Live 2.1, doesnt have to be on a DVD does it? I burned the ISO onto a cd.

What I've done, ICH8R board, the board detects the 79FL easily in BIOS. I then boot from CD, PC resets, 360 stays on.

It gets to the BOOT FROM CD part, then nothing happends and goes straight to windows. I tried using my VIA 6421A card thats attached to the m/board, but obviously that didn't show up in the BIOS at all. Boot from CD still doesnt work

What could I possibly doing wrong???

I hate Hitachi's...........

sorry, problem fixed. sata cable was busted.
