This is driving me nuts. I'm backing up a second copy of my halo 3 game as we speak to see if it was just a bad burn. xdvdmulleter shows all the stealth correctly.

I put the drive in mode b with slax, verified it.
Ejected and closed several times while xp was loading.
made sure xp could eject the drive
loaded up 360FW-Toolbox-46
backed up the original, did a couple checks to make sure the key was the same each time.
Patched it.
Flashed it with differential flash.
booted up to tv and after trying to read over and over it says open tray, then tries to read some more and give me the above error.

Any ideas?
