Hi guys can someone help me with my flashing for my BENQ drive,the problem is when i get to dos and try yo flash it
i go through all the instructions on screen but when i come to turn on the xbox 360 it says Status 0x7F so i turn it on it just stays the same
i have a Via VT6421 Raid Controller

0x7F status code just means nothing found, this is correct as when you run dosfash the drive is powered off..... If the status doesn't change then Dosflash just isn't seeing it.... You either have the settings wrong or you have the Drive connected to the wrong sata port... By default iPrep selects the I/O address of the first port on the card.. So you should plug the drive into port 0... In general it is the one closest to the front of the PC and it's usually marked, often there are only 2 just try the other 1...

i had it plugged into my Via VT6421 everything was unplugged but i never turned my other sata`s off in the bios,do you reckon it might have been that thats stopping it moving,i cant try it at the moment because i gave it back
