hi, i'm felipe from Chile, sorry if my english is not very well.

I have this xbos 360 with a samsung Ms-28. I tried to flash it with my ASUS P5VDC-MX with CHIPSET Northbridge: VIA P4M800 PRO and Southbridge: VIA VT8251.

I connect the xbox to the PC and it recognize it at the BIOS, but when it boots and runs the hack360 or another software.  it only recognized the usb drive, no sata no nothing. even if i try manually (mtkflash r /sata etc...).

Please tell me which step i skipped or if i must resign myself and try with another PC or pay someone else for doing the job.

you are trying to dump the firmware within dos right? to me it sounds like your trying to do it in windows.

google search 'textbooks tutotial'

i'm doing it in DOS. but it doesn't recognize anything connect to the sata drive.

i turn the xbox on before and after i turn the PC on but it's the same.

now i don't know what else to do, please  i need help. (if there is someone who speaks in spanish, answer in that language please)
