check that the drive key is ok in the orig.bin with 360FW-Toolbox-46 and also check the custom firmware to see if the key is ok in that

how can i see the key, in the Toolbox
i have 2 files in the Backup Folder

BENQ-OFW.BIN
BENQ-CFW.BIN

ok i loaded the BENQ-OFW.BIN (origin)
and the key ist is ok
i can see it.

what now....


The custom firmware ist the BENQ-CFW.BIN?????
It is also ok..Key ok

E65: DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot.

Make a back up of the orig.bin and then reflash the drive...... The firmware is most likely corrupt.... Reboot ff the usb/floppy and re-run fben, this should erase the flash and reflash bens-cfw.bin.... Watch the screen for any errors, wait til the job is finished....

If you want to restore the original just boot the USB/floppy you used the first time, as long as you haven't formatted it of re-run iPrep, and run rben.bat... this is a 3rd file for flashing back the benq-ofw.bin....

pretty easy..

You probably have a bad flash..... The whole power off/on thing is designed to induce this mode, but seeing as you are already there it gets a little more difficult to get it right....

Try leaving the drive on while you run rben....

i reflashed the drive

writing finished!! DataSum: B1F0!!!!!

and the Drive still E65!!!!

What the F.......!!!!!

All those errors are coz the flash isn't erased properly......

no it has not been dumped...is the first time....
It is a new drive.
I think i have to flash with dosflas, to erase the broken FW.

How can i make a boot USB stick with dosflash?I now it whit iPrep....
Or how  to go ahead to do the flash?

post 3 and 5 on the link i posted explained how

just download dosflash 1.3 and put it in the root of your sd card

i have make the steps.....dosflash e .... 1 a0 1 4 d8 o
press Y and return, and power on the xbox...
from status 0x7F to status 0x80!!!!!!!!!!
i can get come in to erase the FW!!!!
how did you proceed?
