Benq Recognition Problems
« on: April 26, 2008, 11:55:00 PM »

So I have a Biostar tforce 6100 am2 mobo. I also have the benq vad 6038. As far as I know the sata drives should be nforce. My problem is that in the bios the drive is listed but in windows device manager it shows as "unknown device"

And when I power cycle the benq while in windows it bsod's. So my main problem is the fact that windows device manager cannot recognize the drive

What are you trying to do? Flash it? Get it recognized with 0800 firmware?
