I dont want to bother anyone but I find this interesting... and maybe constructive...

It's a little quizz for everyone:

1. ¿Do you think we will see a Liteon firmware this year?
2. ¿Do you think we will be able to flash liteon drive as easy as the other drives.. or we will be needing some extra device like a CK and soldering points.. (once the firmware is ready)?
3. ¿Do you think we could see an easy key spoofing method this year?.. maybe some app in a USB memmory, some DVD prog.. or at least SATA cable...

If you can put your reasons with your answers that would be great.... I think reading our answers we could have a better picture of the situation... my 2 cents...

BTW.. Im a guy that just got an xbox elite with liteon drive 2 days ago

what I think is not the truth. it's my opinion. and so it is for the most of us who will give their views by answering your questions. if we had the knowledge ourselves to answer these questions than we wouldn;t be here but we would be hacking the drive ourselve.

I think they are from rival chip companies that are producing lite on drive dumpers and pointy stick things. They put people off buying the other companies crap by saying it will be redundant next week  until they can release their own crap, and they they turn round and say oh sorry I was confused you still need to buy the crap so why not buy ours.

Just my opinion, I dont claim to have any confirmation of this, and I dont claim to know C4E.

Are you kidding me? Tscare and samuels can barely string together a sentence. I doubt either one  could figure out how to use an IRC client. And if they managed to get into one of the channels with the help of somebody over 14  they would most likely be banned in a matter of minutes.

What happened to this place? Most of the members capable of helping have been "(T)scared" off by a new level of newb retardation that has taken xbs by storm.

IMHO, Im starting to doubt that there will be a lite-on hacked firmware... the drive has been out since april... that's too much time for the hacking community... I think we could see an external device to spoof the liteon key easily... like Xcuter CK3.. but fancier.. but other than that... I really doubt there will be a hacked fw.... well that's my opinion..  obviously I wish to be wrong...
