Quick Dvd-rom Drive Question

I noticed that the SH-D162C drive is pretty much impossible to find now. I've seen a fairly good deal for
the SH-D162D - SH-D163B - IDE or SATA  drives. Are these drives just as good? They come pre-flashed with kreon v.1.00.

Anyone try these drives?
