The 16 pin ffc connector for 79 Pass Key is too large for the spot. After installing one I decided to try a 10 pin model. You can buy a 10pin ffc connector and a 20pin cable for less than 2e. I cut the cable so it was 16 pin on one end and 10pin on the other end.
First remove the epoxy and pre-tin the contacts. Cut one trace. It have to be cut so you can solder the connector on pcb without a short circuit. Scratch away some coating and pretin the spots. The connector is soldered to these spots to secure it.

Install the cable into the connector. You can't do it later. Solder the ffc connector on the pcb. The connector will be secured nicely with the solder spots on the sides. Much better than using glue or epoxy on the 16 pin model.

Solder the GND and 3.3V wires. I used these spots:

Cut away some metal so the cover plate won't touch the connector.

Ok. Job done. Flash the drive and remove the 79 Pass Key. Tape the cables away for later use.
