Do I Need To Re-burn?

Very sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I have a burned game of BioShock, and in Fort Frolic, the doors to the atrium won't open. This disc is not scratched, and according to any walkthrough, the doors should just open automatically (I'm not missing a key or anything). I just thought I would ask before I burned the game again. Thanks

*edit* I'm on iXtreme 1.4 with an MS28 drive using made in India Verbatim discs. Game has worked perfect up to this point, as well as all my other burned games.

i heard about that, i just burned a backup of bioshock so ill try to get back to you on it, also i hear indian made verbatims are shoddy.

I got a question is your backup noisy? my backup makes more noise than my originals.

Ok let me know how it goes for you. Yeah, my backups are pretty noisy, but I flashed the 12x firmware, so that might be the reason
