Hi everyone its been a while since I look though this forum and I know I must have missed alot of things but since I got my console baned back during  the halo 3 beta I went and bought myself another 360 console  just to get on live and kept my ban console to  play burned  games now my I  am thinking of moding my new console with ixtreme 1.4 because my old modded console broke  but am kinda holding back cause I don't wanna get baned agian with my only remaining console so my question is are my chances high to get baned agian or its more safer now with the new ixtreme 1.4 firmware also I have cheaked all my games and they are all pass the stealth check test with xbox backup creator only some of them show up whith a ? under split vid I read that thats no problem if I am using iextreme frimwire is that true or should I throw alway those backup cause I am at risk of being detected if I play those backed up games with split vid missing plz help as I am really confused as what I should do thanks for the help

well the risk is about the same.

as far as the split vid
i think most of us are building splitvid iso
the big guys are saying you dont have to have them splitvid at this time.

why take the chance. just build it splitvid when you do the dump  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Ha this sounds so familiar, Im in exaclty the same situation. Had a modded 360 to play backups (bannedfromlive) and a brand new hdmi falcon 360 for live and game updates etc. My old modded 360 now broke so I sold it as faulty and only have the brand new 360 left.

The thing is I like getting the dashboard and codec updates and if I mod this new console I think I will regret not being able to get new features.. The recent xvid update and x264 hi def playback is awesome and hopefully in the next update they will add 5.1 support for x264.

If  like me you value xboxlive and dash updates i.e new features. Dont flash it, If you just play games on it anyway what do you have to lose?

+ more money in your pocket blank discs r cheap
+ easy way to get games
- No xbox live (if banned)
- No game updates
- No dash updates (codecs) or new feature support
- Very unlikely bricking accident during flash  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

hey dude you are supporting piracy on top there, secondly there are millions of people who mod the console for piracy but I don't think this is the right place to show how you are saving money by burning games and not buying originals.
