Here is the situation im in
i need some big help

1.I have two Xbox 360
2.One of them Has 3 red Flashing lights But a working DVD-Rom Hitachi LG GDR-3120L  0047 DJ
3.The other one seems ok but wont read any Disc       Toshiba-Samsung MS28
4.I want to take the Hitachi and put it on the working board of the second 360
doing so just plug and play the 360 wont play games just will watch movies and music so i think
The problem is the DVD-KEY

Please anyone help me with a tutorial how to make it work
Ahh i dont have anyone of the original firmware of the xbox they are both hacked with some old firmwares

Ahh i dont have anyone of the original firmware of the xbox they are both hacked with some old firmwares

you could try swapping the lasers.  see signature for good tutorials on how to do this.

Maybe any help on how to spoof dirves and make them work on diferent drives

i think i can get thos dvd keys without any trouble
and create original firmwares with them
sooo
please a guide with quick steps would be really helpfull
cause i dont wana try in the way im thinking
dont wana lose my hitaci drive

Download Firmware Toolbox and read the tutorials.txt which is included in the archive.
