Hello,

Have done a lot of searches, but could not find the answer for my Smart Hack Patch question.
This caused the lack of complete tutorials on how to flash the Hitachi V79 drive.

Q1: The only ting I found is that with the passkey installed, It should be Flashed like it was a 78. But is that so?
      This means the 79original.bin can be patched with 78cracked.bin.  
      Please correct me if im wrong.

Q2:When patching the 79original.bin in FW toolbox 4.6, the ruleset for 79 in Smart Hack Patch is missing.
     I only see the ruleset for i-XTREEME14_0078+.
     Does the "+" mean +79?

Q3:If not, Is it possible to patch with hacked78? What will then happen? And Must it be spoofed back to 79?

Got it.

It seems the v78+ firmware can be used on the v79 drive.
