More Xbox Live ban waves this weekend

I've been playing with my Globe 360 chip for a year now with no problems. But I always disconnect my lan cable when playing back ups, and use original games only when playing live. I've been playing Halo multi for months now without a problem. I've done multiple updates without a problem as well.

No bans for me.

) Method of backing up games (as always, piracy is not tolerable on xbox-scene, so if you have downloaded these games, please do not bother posting.

What a joke - who does the scene think they're kidding?  If they were truly against piracy do you think they would have ads by newsgroups plastered on their front page?  I enjoy reading news about the industry in general, but seeing stuff like this makes me laugh at the losers who run this site.

It seems to me that in nearly all posts on this thread relating to ixtreme 1.4 bans mention at least 1 game that failed Stealth checks yet they wonder about bans? It could also be because of the Microsoft old school method of catching which was the ability to detect an error which was triggered when you flash with the AV lead connected.Sorry if this is vague but i did try Googling the error but failed! And all other posts relating to earlier firmwares, well you should have known better really.
I have ixtreme 1.4 and ONLY use backups that COMPLETELY  pass Mulletter checks and if ixtreme 1.5 came out tomorrow i would not go online with 1.4.
All that said ill probably get banned now!

Well if the 360 starts up without the SATA cable, of course that's detectable, but it's not proof that you've modded your 360, only that the warranty seal is broken and the 360 is open. Does that warrant a ban on Xbox Live? I think not.

Anyway, I've modded over 200 Xbox 360s that way and not one customer has called back saying they're banned.
