Banned 23:30GMT 14th Dec

FW: 5.2c, only ever been on live with this fw, never changed it. Been very careful with which games and rips have been played

Had retail guitar hero II in the drive (not spinned up as I wasn't playing it), was playing Carcassone arcade game. I'd been online for 3 1/2 hours before I was disconnected from Xbox live. Checked status code and was banned.

I'd tried to download Burnout Paradise demo when I logged onto live.

Hadn't been online for a week, last time I was on I was playing retail Guitar Hero II.

Switched on my console a few mins ago and I was banned, I've been updating my drive firmware to the latest available since March.

I have a Hitachi v46, currently using iXtreme 1.4 x12

This is the first time I was on my 360 since Friday.

A) Firmware Version: Samsung MS25 With Xeno 360 v2 installed with added in network off feature

C) Backups played over the past: Assassins creed, Jericho, all confirmed working and checked with kreon checker, all burnt at 2.4x with imgburn on verbatim discs

D) Originals played over the past month: Scene it!, Mass effect, Guitar hero 3, halo 3

E) Method of backing up games: XBC with TSSTcorp DVD-ROM SH-D162C flashed with kreon 1.00 burnt at 2.4x with imgburn

got the dreaded z: 8015-190d and havent been on live for about a week except last night 16/12 now i cant sign in at all , must be able to log ur backups somehow as my chip auto turns off for live  ......

Banned on 16th dec

Hitachi drive been modded (unknown FW sorry)

launch console been modded since the mod's first began (mid 06 i think)

Played COD4 mostly over the last few weeks but didn't have hte disc in on the day i was banned, and reading the info given by others it doesn't point to a specific game or drive or FW!

Gutted since i've been lucky for SO long i thought i had gone un-noticed!

Banned

A) iXtreme 1.3D, Samsung, I installed it pretty much as soon as it came out.

Previous firmwares: 42D, 52D, iXtreme 1.2.

C) Backups played over the past month;
     Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, (Bomber Man Act Zero was tested in the drive also).
     (they were not checked with kreon checker).

D) No originals played over the past month.

I have two xbox 360s one ms25 drive one ms28 drive.
The ms25 Core system has been banned the ms28 has not been banned.
In the mS25 system I used the following firmware modification:

xtreme 1.0
xtreme 5.3
ixtreme 1.0
ixtreme 1.1
ixtreme 1.2c
ixtreme 1.4

In the Ms28 system I used (the unbanned one)

ixtreme 1.2c
ixtreme 1.4

I used numerous backups on live with both systems. I used mass effect bad kreon rip and half life 2 orange box bad kreon rip in both systems. At one point I did use the crackdown unstealthed for the halo 3 beta in the ms25.
If it was this that got the system banned why take so long to ban it, very strange. The other point is the ban notification states this.

This is strange also as I can log into live on the ms28 with all accounts that have been associated with both systems. I hope thats enough information for someone to get use out of it, I will add more info if I cant think of anything else.

Sorry ya im banned man. And i have no clue what firmware i haev its been way to long since i had it modded. But i have the HITACHI drive and in the last mounth i have played Halo 3, assassins creed, and Oblivion

Banned as of 15/12

Had been playing COD4 Friday night and Saturday morning got banned.

COD 4 Passed Mulleter & Kreon checker.Backed up with TS04 Kreon 0.81 & XBOX backup creator

MS28 with old 4.2 firmware.Been ok until COD4.Maybe this game needs closer inspection.

Actually if you bothered to read most of this thread you will see that very few of these users were on iX1.4 and those who were had been on sometimes multiple non-stealth revisions before it.

It looks more like a final clean up from last month's spree than anything else.

I think jed05 may be on to a winner!! I just done a quick google and version 1.2c has the jitter fix, 1.3 & 1.4 had the jitter re-introduced. ALL the firmwares 5.XX had jitter too!!

I noticed the ONLY mention of a 1.2c was still working, but what about versions 1.0, 1.1 IXtreme??.

EDIT: just googled garyopa's f/w and they have disc jitter too!!!

B ) Previous FW was Maximus-Garyopa Hitachi-LG Xtreme v2.3 Stealth 8in1 Revision2 flashed 02/11/07.  System is a launch unit manufactured 11/05.
C ) Backups played over the past month: Rock Band (checked), COD2 (unchecked), Smackdown vs Raw (unchecked), Bioshock (checked)
D ) Originals played over the past month: Gears of War, Halo 3, PGR3
E ) Method of backing up games: wxripper+Kreon.

this is extremely crucial... was anyone banned after flashing iX 1.4 right out of the box/his first firmware ever?

this will actually determine if MS is just banning people with iX 1.4 because they detected them, or because they're just banning everyone they've ever logged as modified and basicly flushing them all out. (MS doesn't ban instantly as you all know, they ban in waves, so iX 1.4 could be safe but MS is just banning people because they were detected using a modified firmware a long time ago before they even flashed with iX 1.4, right?)

Banned 12/11/07 or 12/12/07
A ) Orig, this was flashed back to orig around 5/??/07 (scared of bannings).  This box dodged both banwaves and was still banned even though only originals have been played since 5/07 and orig firmware was flashed back.
B ) Samsung ms28 flashed to 5.2D on 1/25/07
C ) Gears of War (not stealth)
D ) Halo3, COD4
E ) wxripper+Kreon

The dates are a little iffy but the facts are true, this box dodged 2 banwaves and hadnt been playing backups in months, yet was banned recently.
