First Work Great Than Unrecognized Disk

So I have a ELITE 360 with Hitachi drive.
Some games like LEGO SW,ASSASIN CREED,NFS PRO,CRASH BANDICOOT has a problem.
First time all this games work fine.I played the game than turn off the consol.Next time if i like to
play all this game has got the unrecognized disk massage.So i dont understand what s the problem.
Why first work fine than not.I have another 360 the games work fine on it.

The laser has gone bad. Try the pot calibration tutorial or replace the drive. problem solved.
