But yeah it cant deny nor confirm that, it is just i finding i did, and i like to know if its solid.
What else could be the meaning of loosing my warranty without being banned.
If someone can explain that to me, please.

can confirm both my 360's are both banned as of today. not sure when it happened though as i havent been online in a few days.

Z CODE = 5015 - 190D

Console 1 is a HI78 drive with 1.3 xtreme and has been flashed for a year and online every time used.

Console 2 is a TS25 drive with 1.3 xtreme and has been flashed for a year and hasnt been used online for about 10 months....? but as soon as i tried to connect, i got the 8015-190d errorcode.

There was strangely NO text box to say i was banned on either console...why would that be ??

NEITHER console had ever been registered with M$.

Just checked and not banned.  Using  iXtreme Benq V1.1 and played a few bad Kreon rips such as Half-Life and Mass Effect online and offline.

so the theory might be right and just the rest of the old list was banned. Ur' on the next ban list (if MS is doing logs...), not on the old one  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

I don't believe they are detecting firmware either, but the fact everyone isn't banned is not proof of that.  They could be:

Putting everyone on a list and rolling through it

Detecting firmware but waiting for some secondary check to verify (ie an actual person must verify the firmware reading or verify something else like 360 read angle before banning)

Both rather unlikely but it's not proof for sure.

That's like saying the CIA doesn't have a file on me or I would be in jail for things I did.  

That is unless the CIA is just watching you but knows or is too busy to get to you just yet... not proof.

2 friends of mine have both hitachi drives and use an old Extreme FW (dont know which ones - march this year). They BOTH played online with BAD kreon rips (halo3 e.g. - checked both with mulleter and kreonchecker) this year. And both still are NOT banned. This imho is a fact against the theory of MS making Logs, because otherwise they both should have been banned by now - if this was a new Banhammer.

Think of this, if they are playing bad rips on xtreme firmware there is pretty much no way MS doesn't know it... I mean that's a double whammy... so why aren't they banned yet?  MS has had plenty of time to find out about them so it's not like they are just waiting to be found out...

It would seem that MS must know about them but just hasn't done anything yet...

Now that leaves two options... MS just doesn't care about them and decided screw it, let them mod and get away with it - or they are on some list that hasn't been effected yet for whatever reason.

Just because they aren't hit in this wave of the ban hammer doesn't mean they aren't on a list... maybe MS allows some people to evade multiple ban hammers (in fact I think some people have reported evading multiple bans already) for a few waves... if their intent is to make it hard to figure out what's going on, then letting a few people go 2 or 3 waves even would only stand to make it more confusing for those out there trying to read a pattern into it...

Not saying this in any way proves a list, but it certainly doesn't disprove it either.

well, the banhammer has come to visit me .  oh well, not to worry as i didn't use live much anyway.  i actually got on last night to try to d/l the ffow 360 demo and ban, can't connect to live.

i was only using backups of my own games, so i will test them since the list is small to see where the culprit was.  i was running 5.2c and figured since i made all my own backups w/ my kreon drive they would be pretty safe.  i was going to upgrade to the 1.4 f/w as their 360 degree number setup actually made quite a bit of sense to me - i wasn't worried about "stealth" copies because of my backup ways.  kreon - xbc - burned w/ pioneer 111d w/ tdb 1.29 fw - very good quality rips.

this is on a ms28 drive.  again, my own backups from my own originals (the whole reason i did the backups was because i broke a couple originals being clumsy - i moved them out of the tray, the fell on the floor and were stepped on, so figured i was at least partially safe to backup my own stuff)  either way no loss on my end as i hadn't "played" on live for a couple months but would sign in.

guess i need to d/l mulleter to see the culprit....will update here when i find out which one it was...
