Guy's,
Found the answer, to spoof a MS28 on a Benq MB use "iXtreme Samsung v1.3 updated firmtool".
Do as the readme.txt says and everything thats needed is injected into the ixtreme bin. The ID key
from the hacked.bin is different from the orig Benq ID when checked in FW Toolbox, extra hash thats
needed, that other FW tools didn't apply. All orig. and backup games on verb DL, Kreon and XBC work.
Thanks to those how made Samsung firmtool.
Bob2010: When you spoofed the Samsung drive, did you first read the firmware of the Samsung then applied Ixtreme with the "Make Ixtreme Firmware.cmd". Then spoofed the drive and inserted the Benq DVD key using Maximus Toolbox?
I'm about to do the same thing for the same reason as you, my Benq really sucks reading my backups that work great on my Hitachi.
Do the backups and everything work fine on that Benq MB for you now?
