If its not in the database yet then the Kreon Checker would show the check as Bad correct??
Even though it may still be a good image and the ss checks out?

So far I checked all of my Games and I have the following with Bad Kreon .bin's:

Mass Effect
The Orange Box

I haven't been banned from XBL yet but I will update this board if anything happens.

Maybe they are checking the IP addresses of people those who download of those sites then when you
log on to live they ban you based on your IP address??? just another possibility

9 Bad SS's, and not banned.

Assassins creed is played constaintly as well, and also online.

From what I gather in this thread the only real way and safe way to make a backup is with a real Xbox 360 drive none of this Kreon crap.

no it doesn't.... he has an OLLLDD firmware, he never stated ALL games he has played... and with a firmware that old.. he has most definitely played some older games w/o the stealths..... so this guys post should just be ignored until he posts more information...

also, a lot of people are confused about the fact they think its ONLY when they "play" on live....
if you are connected, aka cord plugged into your xbox, or wireless adapter plugged in, then YOU ARE CONNECTED TO LIVE.... there have been bans reported on people even with silver accounts, so this proves that you don't have to actually play the game, just be connected....

Have a bad Mass Effect and not banned. I played lots of backups while signed in and didn't get banned from first wave or second. I never bothered to update firmware so I'm still using xtreme 4.2a. Maybe I have a lucky Xbox. RROD twice but saved with penny trick.

Guys - It is important to note surrounding bannings that Microsoft will ban in WAVES. You might have got lucky with the first wave but get hit second time. At this point in time we will not be able to say for sure if this data gets you banned or not

Pgr --> OK
NFS PS --> OK

played CoD 4 29-11 / 30-11 long time live but didn't got bad.

have samsonite m28 with 1xtreme I.3

My copy of Halo 3 passed all stealth checks in Xbox Backup creator, xdvdmulleter and schtrom (all of them are the latest version).

Does this mean that my copy is 100% stealth, or could it still have the wrong SS etc...?
