Dec 4th Dashboard Update & Ixtreme 1.2

Well we all know that dec 4th is a big day for us 360 owners since there will be a dashboard update, however do you all think that it could be a huge problem for everyone that has their 360's modded with the firmware? Do you think microsoft has a way to stop us from playing our backup's ?
