Its been a while since Ive both case modded and FW modded.  I had Xtreme 2.3 and was banned when the crackdown/halo 3 beta thing came out, and now I want to mod the FW on my new 360, but live is really important to me.

I just want to know if its safe to mod again and what my chances are in terms of being banned, and if there's any completely safe or new types of FW available for the job.
