79fl Upgradeable Post Passkey Flashed?

Hi all,

Quick question:

I am getting two 360s with Hitachi 79FL drives commercially flashed.

The place that is going to do it says that after theyve flashed the drives, they won't be leaving the Passkey inside the drive (which i understand is common practice).

My question is, once this has been done will I then be able to upgrade the drive's firmware as usual without needing a Passkey (I've done several other 360s with different model drives with my VIA 6421L card), or will the Passkey be needed again to unlock the drive for flashing.

Passkey is needed because you have to restore the drive then reflash
