Hi there!
I've just flashed my friends 360
PAL version with Toshiba-Samsung ms25
I used xtreme 5.2d to flash. Everything went fine, I guess..
Weird thing is, I can't play 360 back-ups. Oryginal games work fine as well as xbox1 back-ups, but when i try to run a game for 360 burned on Verbatim with speed 2.4 on NEC ND_3540A (fw 1.4) with IMGburner (...) it spins really loud and makes some ticking noises for about 30-40 seconds, and then info 'Unplayable Disk' appears.

What can be wrong?

Its failed flashing for some reason or u replaced f/w with original read code.

yeah, it sounds like something went wrong, it behaves exactly the same as when you put a burned game in an unmodded console
