very nice! I have yet to try it, but c4e even included the batch/exe file for automation of key extraction and inserting? You have gone way beyond call of duty man, congrats!

Question why when i look at my key location in the firmware toolbox 4.5 the locations are different....in the orig.bin its at A030 and the once i use the Make iXtreme firmware.cmd the location is at E030? Is this normal? I just thought it should be the same as my orig.bin. Dont flame me just asking a question.

Yes, there are multiple different versions of each firmware revision.  C4e's bin was based off of a firmware that had the key section from $E000-EFFF.  Your firmware's key section is from $A000-AFFF.  So, firmtool copied your key section and placed it in benq's iXtreme key section.

Excellent Job C4EVA,

One we dumped the orig.bin, do we create a hacked version with FWToolbox using this firmware> or is there a better way to create a hack.bin?

Place your orig.bin in the fast or quiet folder, where the 'Make FW' command is.  Then run the make fw command to created your iXtreme firmware.  Dont use 360fwtb, it wont copy all of your information.

lmao, agreed. c4e is d man!

tut for doing this? c4e just about handed this to us on a silver platter (auto key extraction/inserting, what tool to use to read the benq, ect) I think a tut on this is not needed, but that is MHO......

ALSO, for those asking for a PM/email on where to find it/get it, ect....If you have been here for awhile you should know how to obtian it, STOP ASKING!!!! Please dont ruin this for the rest of us!

Have a problem. Get this when making firmware with the included command:

c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
c:\progra~1\Symantec\S32EVNT1.DLL An installable Virtual device Driver failed Dll initialization. Choose "close" to terminate the application.

I hit close and it still made the fw. Flashed it and got an E65. Went to reflash back to original FW and it just gives me an 0x80

I have a ich7 chipset and a via 6421L. I used dosflash 16 in dos manually. Is my drive screwed? If not how do I fix?
