Ixtreme Purpose ?,
« on: October 20, 2007, 05:17:00 AM »

hi all..
i just ha a few questions regarding the ixtreme FW...

i want to know the following..

1. If made a back up like a year ago how do i find out if i made a stealth backup of not, i other words how do i know if the back up is live safe...

2. what makes a backup stealth, i know u need the PFI DMI ss Video form the disc but is there anything else ?

3. How does the ixtreme FW protect users from getting backups detected and ultimately getting banned..does it like not boot the disc if it is not stealth ?

4. i herd a saying that "The Backups(non stealth) get you banned not the FW" is this correct...

thanks for reading...

from a user who has 150 posts and registred for a long time on xbscene i'd suspected a more intelligent post!

lolz...
yes i read the faq and found all my answers...
this thing is with stealth when u check the backup with xdvdmulleter it can only verify that the video ss pfi dmi ect is present, it does not prove that if it the same as the original...

and if ms was checking this with original instant and easy ban....

anyway feel free to close this thread as i obviously was not thinking and did not read the FAQ...

Hey know-it-all, try the CRC checks & verification against the online database (Mullet or Schtrom).

If you have the latest (10.2) version of mulleter, in the ISO details screen, there;s a tab called CRC checking, then press autofix
