Xtreme Sec Master And Slave

I tried to flash a MS25 DVD-ROM today using iPrep and a NTFSDOS CD. The CD booted but when I wrote iDump xxxxxxx xxxx I get 3 options.
  1. IDE Primary Master
  2. XTREME Sec Master
  3. XTREME Sec Slave
If I choose option nr 2 it dumps a file with the size 1024kb. If I chsose it just freezes and nothing more happens. Anyone who knows what could be wrong?

I'm using a NVIDIA nForce 410/430 Serial ATA Controller. Actually, I don't even know if it should work with it.
