Ms-28 Original Read Errors

I've recently been playing my 360 for a few months until one day it decides it doesn't want to read original disc anymore.  I have no problem reading my backups but all of my originals don't work anymore.  I've done a pot tweak to adjust the laser power and got the game to work just barely.  The game I'm trying to get working again is SKATE.  I got it to work "ONCE" and didn't even make it to the title screen before it froze up on me with the music still playing.  I can't really think of what the problem is.  I have Xtreme 5.3 and haven't updated since.  Please help all who can.

UPDATE: Forgot to mention also that no other orignals work either, I've tried Tony Hawk PJ8, Viva Pinata, Oblivion.

It seems that your lens died.You can buy from ebay or anywhere else and ask them to desolder(they'll understand what you mean)
