Quick Question About The Benq Flashing Method...

I just want to make 100% sure before I flash this guys benq drive with ixtreme (once its out that is)

When soldering the switch on, once I go to "read" the firmware to a floppy, the guide sais to flip the switch to ON, do I only leave it on for a second then flip it off again or leave it on until its done reading and then flashing.

just making sure as I don't want to brick a 360 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
