Need Help With Hitachi 78fk

i was flashing my 78fx i followed everything in the read me...boot to mode b with the slax cd...and backed up my ss.. when i was flashin it with the tool box 3.0 froze and i had to reboot....now when i turn on the 360 the middle light is flashing like its in mode B and my window in not detecting it...plz if u can tell me what i can do help me..i still got my backup bin...thanks

it seems your drive is bricked.
the only way i know to unbrick is to solder a infectus passkey chip to the drive
then you can flash the drive again. but to flash use toolbox 4.0.
after flashing you can desolder the passkey.its not needed anymore.

again you post this in another thread , could you post me a link to where u seen that the passkey will allow you to restore a bricked drive? , as i stated in my answer to your other post , the passkey is for hitachi 79 drives only , and is not a solution to fixing a bricked drive , it only allows a hitachi 79 drive to go into mode b(however if you have info stating otherwise , i would gladly like to be proved wrong)

unspoken109 - your drive is bricked , either send it to someone who can remove firmware chip and reflash for you , or as u have your orig.bin , you could buy a replacement drive , inject your key , spoof drive if needed , and away u go
