Flashed Hitachi 47 Won't Read Backups

Alright so I got 2 xbox 360s. My first one (hitachi 46) I flashed and played my backups on it. Then it got the 3 red lights. So then I bought another 360 (hitachi 47) and flashed it, but it wont read the backups. I know they work because I used them on my old one. Also it plays originals and dvds, etc... perfectly fine. Any ideas?
