Problem Getting Key From Benq Firmware

read mx25L2005 chip with xeltex programmer($460 aud) file is 256kb.
when open in toolbox 4.0 getting error "file not supported". i know it is encrypted or something .
how do i decrypt and get key.

I thought it was possible to at least find the key so you can put it on another drive like the Samsung and replace your drive and spoof the firmware to think it's a benQ.

You can't hack the benQ firmware to load backups at all. That's fur sure.

Google it or search around, I'm sure I saw some sort of a tutorial to achieve this.
