Hey Guys I have this problem with this hitachi 47dj drive, with the new fw.

First when I run the flashix.bat it does this, and then freezes at the 8th sector. I left it like that for like 15 minutes and finally turned it off. I was a little scared turning back on the xbox, but it will play backups no problem. Btw, this the first flash on this 360. Why will it still play my stealth backups? and because of this, does it mean my drive was fully flashed?

Anyone else experience problems with the 47 drive?

If it is the iXtreme 1.2 rev. 2 firmware wait a while.  I had a 47dj drive and the crappy flashing tool bricked my drive.  You could try and flash it again, but I would do it at your own risk.

I have succesfully flashed 47dj yesterday with iextreme 1.2 all done ok using restore first.
