Its Likely That The Firmware Has Nothing To Do With The Bans, But Back

Ok crazy concept.

What if the first time you create your live account or transfer one and connect THE VERY FIRST TIME. it records all console information DVD Drive,Country,Verison,EEPROM,Serial,FIRMWARE MODEL,MFT date,Xbox Version. And if any of these values ever change without the correct M$ Signature they ban it + they can tell of course non stealth copys but what im really talking about is just the first part. Wouldnt it be nice if they said hey we will ban you for these REASONS moddifed firmware,Homebrew Ect. or something.... then just maybe we would know. Just a thought?  unsure.gif

Anyways im going to continue with not playing backups on live and just letting games save to a memory card that are backups. btw anyone ever thought unplug harddrive and connection and only let backups save to a memory unit? then u play retail with the harddrive? just a thought  laugh.gif

I flashed my drive a long time ago and I have not been banned. I play COD4 (legit) almost everyday on Live. I played a few games that were backed up, but I wasn't connected to Live when I did it. My money is on that it is something in the disc. I also have achievments from my backed up game on my Live account and a saved game.
