Can more people post their results with the new iXtreme 1.2 on this thread or on the http://www.locallans.com/index.php site.  I find this info very useful people that want to change firmware and for people who are developping new firmware.
The firmware for iXtreme 1.2 is not on the site, I tried sending the guy an email but he hasn't done anything, can some other people try sending him an email to put up the iXtreme 1.2 firmware; his email is at the bottom of his site's page.

Hadn't logged onto to live since the banning started and only did today after flashing to the iXtreme firmware to be greeted with the banning code.

Well that makes 3 of us.  Pulled ethernet cable as soon as I herd about bans.  Flashed today and greated with ban code.  Most likely flagged earlier as I was playing online in the days leading up to the ban.

New info on bans...

I hacked my premium 360 months ago when the elite was released...  I bought an elite to play my originals online and used my premium to play my backups...  My hacked premium is a hitachi v78 with xtreme 1.6...  It was flashed before the spring update and was never updated until i tried my darkness backup which updated my system with the spring update...  I have never once plugged in my ethernet cable or logged into live using my flashed 360...  today i restored my flashed 360 back to original firmware... i then connected my ethernet cable and it logged into live perfectly fine...  I also know that i have used non-stealth backups that i have made myself using the wxripper method...

conclusion:  i don't think that the systems are logging whether you have played non-stealth backups if you are not connected to live...  the non-stealth backups are most likely detected when logging into the live service with non-stealth backups in the drive...

and there is going to be a lot more, that were already identified by MS (supposedly strated at fall update) but had stop connecting to live when the ban started. In fact, all that time they were already banned   .

Reality is that everyone with a hitachi that played backups while its console was connected has great chance of being banned, those that avoided it should count themselves lucky.

Unbanned 47dj which had 2.3 Stealth 8in1 Rev2 before bans. I flashed back to original using restore.bat from 8in1 release after the bans. I was lucky...

I read through alot and decided to use the restore.bat with the ixtreme release just to be sure. I got a few errors on step 3, 5, 7, and 10. I just kept redoing the restore until each of those came through ok. In the end I still had errors on 1 or 2 steps but they did ok previously.

Flashed 100% the first time using flashix.bat. Tested by successfully loading my retail game then my backup. All works very well. I was connected to the network the whole time and have not had any negative effects. I will post more if I have any issues.

since i have made any backups w/ my limited amount of games w/ my kreon sh-d162c i wonder if i should move up to the newest fw....

i am assuming since my limited backups of originals are all stealthed since they are done on a kreon drive, am i correct w/ this?  using xbc / imgburn and a pioneeer 111d w/ tdb 1.29 fw

What I did is was format my hdd, then I flashed back to origional, went online downloaded update and setup a new xbox live account/ID. Then flashed to IXtreme 1.2 and everythings worknig great all previous backups are compatible and im not banned

I have never played a non stealth game and i am not banned. Have many originals and all my backups are created using Xbox Backup Creator and burnt on Verbatim DVD+R DL at 2.4x

Hey important question: have the people who were banned played their backups on Live or not?  I believe this is a major deciding factor in determining who got banned, and people should have posted whether or not they actually played their backups online.

(btw, just flashed my MS28 with ix1.4.  All backups (stealth) played offline, so not banned. oh and the other questions I don't really comprehend)

So did most people here play their backups online, and therefore this wasn't asked because it was self-implied? Is this a stupid question???
