My question is this I found out the bans last night when signing on to xbox live coming to this site at the
same time, now i flashed my fw back to original. Has anybody got banned from goin from hacked to original fw? such as what i have above ? And the last time i played a backup was last weekend i believe.

I simply took the info from the website above, and condensed it into that table. Every number underneath B represents the status of the Xbox360, whether its banned or not (0= it isnt banned and 1=it is banned) Etc.

YES!! after reading this thread I was confident in checking if i was banned or not and sure rnough.. I WASN'T! it looks like theres a pattern according to this data. At least for all the MS28 drives. It looks like if an MS28 drive was flashed with new firmware AFTER the spring update they are more likely to be banned. I HOPE the ones who said they flashed BEFORE the spring update and DID get banned are people from microsoft, are lying, or are just mistakenly wrong.   but it really loks like the majority of ms28 users who flashed BEFORE the spring update did nOT get banned. There is a couple entries that say otherwise, but not enough to overwhelm the amount that say my theory is somewhat true!

i got a MS25, and till the 5.3 Firmware came out, i only got the first Extreme-Firmware flashed to my drive ...
i upgraded my non-spoofed Firmware before Upgrading to the Sping-Update... and well now i'm banned ... and the best of it all: i even didn't put a Game in my 360 when i tried to connect to XBOX-Live and wasn't disconneted by them at any time .... i even put the cable out of my box, when hearing about the bannings going around ... very confusing!

according to data, I might be safe if I decide to flash my ms28 with an xtreme 5.3b or later. I'm on the fence of whether to put an NME 1.2 or flash it. Arghhhh. Two things I'm glad about. I'm glad I didn't hastily flash my drive like say 6 months ago. It looks like MS definitions for modified firmware only go up to xtreme 5.2 an xtreme 5.3a. If I decided to flash I would be screwed. Second, I'm glad I have an NME 1.2 first batch from December '06. There didn's seem to be problems with that batch. The second batch maybe there is a problem from what I've seen. I have option of choosing whether to flash my ms28 with xtreme 5.3b or later, or choose to use NME 1.2(good batch). Yeah!!!!
