As some people are getting banned, but some others are still playing on live, I guess that we should do a list about everyone who was kicked down.
So I guess that we should report the following information:
- Banned? Yes or no?
- Spring update? Yes or no?
- Drive brand and model
- Current firmware + spoofed as <model>
- Previous firmwares + spoofed as <model>
- Games with achievements listed on your xbox.com
- Update to the new jitter fix FW before or after Spring update?
- Country

I have a question, if I have say a modded 360, but hasnt been online since about last year, if i unmod it and hop on now, will it be detected and banned?

Was playing Crackdown, H3 Beta and Arcade games all day yesterday. At one point the H3 Beta got wonky and matchmaking stopped working and when it did come back the amount of players online was dramatically reduced. After I was done, I left the thing on the dashboard for an hour and then saw reports of banning and turned it off. I'm in wait and see mode at this point.

Ok I have 3 consoles all with MS25 and 5.3a, 2 are fine (not banned, YET) while 1 is banned(above).

I had them all flashed before the spring update hit us, all on the same day....

1 console was 5.2a before flashing
1 console was version 3.X before flashing
1 console was on the first version of firmware realease and now the banned 1

oh, and a lot of people seem to be mentioning the halo 3 beta.  might have started there, but i don't have it or crackdown.
Only turned on my xbox for 5 mins last night for a game with a m8, he not online so turned off again.  Banned today.
