There are a lot topics that are more up2date about the bannings, you've just bumped a topic that no-one was replying to for the last half year........... search and find a topic with newer replys

Cool thanks, but ya i'm just trying to figure out that if I just don't go online with my backups, Will my chances of being banned be significantly reduced and yada yada yada.  Thanks for the info.  I'll check other topics hehehehe smile.gif  smile.gif  smile.gif

- Update to the new jitter fix FW before or after Spring update? After
- Last Date a backup was played? - 3/1/08
- Used Xbox Power Supply? - Yes
- Country? USA

first time i tried to login or even plug the ethernet into the xbox in months with my original copy of COD4= banned.
