Slow Slower Slowest

Hi all

i've been able to play N64 roms with the Surreal emulator ,however i tried some roms that
didn go at all ,but the more i try to figure out what emulator i should take ,the more i get the impression my xbox is getting slower and slower ,even so to the point that goldeneye (wich ran fine with ultrahle) now just freezes at the "saving settings" screen :s

any thoughts on this matter would go greatly appreciated.

some suggestions:

1) make sure you have the latest version
2) get the best copies of roms, eg. Goldeneye 007 (U) [!]
and 3) keep you xbox away from heat sources, it's very hot this summer!

#3 is most likely the problem, keep it cool, maybe strap on a few fans near it or else... :evil:

Also, clicking the right thumb stick and all options on that menu are a GREAT way to freeze surreal. Play your games like they were legitamate (aka, without save state and/or anything pertaining to the right click menu) and surreal will freeze up a lot less.
