Which Version Of The Zelda Games Work Best

Just wondering what version of zelda games work best on surreal64beta2  because the rom I got still has problems with the graphics and I'm not sure if it is just my rom or if maybe this version of surreal64 doesn't fix any problems the zelda games had previously. Thanks! <
