Xtreme 2.3 And Three Red Leds

Hi there.

I flashed a friend's hitachi 47D drive with maximus xtreme 2.3 firmware. For one month it was all good, backups original games everything. Now he gets three red leds. I flashed the drive to the original with a (tray tweak failed) instead of done. We don't get the three red leds but when we put either an original or a backup the game boots and freezes. What can we do?
