all that matters to me is would it make it a lot easyer for a first time flasher to flash the 360 [ ive got my rain coat ready]

no.

I assume you referring to the Blaster360, and no, it would only make it easier to flash it a second time...or for game back-ups.

I (for the first time) flashed my 360 about a month ago...I suggest you go to 360mods.net   , that site has some great step by step video tutorials on how to do it...there all made by textbook.

this if a forum it aint just so people can praiz xecuter, why waist money on something you dont need it is so easy to take apart and flash your drive a blind monkey could do it anyway how often do you flash the drive anyway and m$ is going to fix this soon  then your be stuck with a useless ugly thing on the front and if your that lazy and got that much money to waste just buy originals

i guess u didn't understand anything i wrote....its not the point about wasting money...you have a choice...either u want to buy it or u dont...in your case you probably don't want it....good for you...go buy ur lil adapter and be gone....but seeing how you came to this thread you must of been somewhat interested in this product because im sure you saw the thread title say blaster 360 unless ur somewhat ignorant....nobody is forcing u to buy anything...and im not praising anybody..theres nothing wrong with companies coming out with products to make ppl lives easier...this is probably more noob friendly to the average consumers that want to flash their drives than getting an adapter here and there...im guessing u probably dont have a microwave cuz thats pretty much an innovation to make ppl lives easier...are u still cooking with fire and wood?

@phistyle: some people, like myself, post negative comments in these threads to show others that there is a cheaper alternative.

EVERY single Xecuter product for the Xbox 360 product has a cheaper alternative.

----------

Connectivity Kit > Power the drive with your 360 (free) or build the power kit yourself (cheap)

But it has ModeB !? > Slax or Two-Wire (free)

What about the hard drive adapter? > disassemble the hard drive (free)

X360USB > sata card or generic sata-usb adapter (cheap)

Blaster > take off the case (free) or make your own external sata port (cheap)

-----------

If there is a free or cheap solution to a problem, I go that way.  Even if it takes the extra work / effort / risk.  At least I don't have to pay and I don't have to wait for shipping either.

The day that Xecuter releases a product for the 360 that is needed I will buy it.  Needed as in.. no other alternatives.  ( modchip )

~Sorry Confuser took a dump before I could post up top.~

Seems pretty steep for a switch, I think there efforts would have been more fruitfull if they would focus on the Hard drive. Now that we are starting to see the raw ISO being supported the natural thing to do is to get the Hard Drive hacked. I guess it boiles down to the consumers choice if he/she wants to spend thier green backs on a switch, I like free or almost free myself. Reasonable is my measuring stick and this products price is not what I consider to be reasonable. I relieze that the molds and hardware have costs as well as the design and assembly but I think Xecuter is trying to break even on this product as fast as they can with the high cost.  Put a operating system on the device and allow for quick flashing and you will be able to retire from the first six months profits.

I agree and you will honestly never make it easy enough for some. It will make for a New thread of cries for help. Once you have the case open put extended sata cables leading outside the case and be done with it. You will not need to open the case again.
