Hi, I flashed my HLG v78.
I used my xbox DVD to read the slax 2.1 disc,
it kinda frooze though after it unlock the modeb part, was detecting usb or something, so i just reset, let it boot into windows. Windows detected my drive and i was able to dump and flash my drive by watching the youtube video. It works fine, but have a bitch of a time to get it to read copied discs after the system gets wam. Have used memorex and verbatim discs. Ripped the games using wxripper. My burners are a Plextor PX-716A and a Liteon SHW-160P6S. Any suggestion, or is it mabe the way I flashed my bios? Originals work perfect still.

buy yourself a new pioneer burner and it should fix your disc problems. pioneer is the only brand to trust when it comes to 360 backups.

I burned Viva Pnata on a memorex and it worked like a champ!
I thought the Liteon is just as good as the Pioneer
Also I noticed my memorex and verbatim both are Ritek D01. What are the best ones to use?

liteon and plextor suck
get a 111d, use verbs and never have any problem again
