Hitachi 78 Flashing Questions.

Well I got a 78 drive. I have been able to flash a Reg Hitachi as well as the ms-28 and ms-25.

I had a few questions befoe I start.

Should I Hook up the 360 and install all updates before I begin to flash?

Can someone provide the best link for a tutorial on this? (I will also search as well)

Anything I should look out for while I'm doing this?

updates are not a problem witht he hitachi\
put into modeb with slax the use fw toolbox to backup then flash te fw

I have normally used the usb kit to flash Hitachi's. WIll this still work? If not what is the exact way to use slax mode? Does it have to be burnt on a DL disc? when do I load it?
