i recently received a sh-162c drive and flashed it to the kreon .81 firmware.  i have had 100% success rate with the 2 backups of games i own (yeah, no more people stepping on my $60 games).  anyway, the sh-d162c drive doesn't seem to be as good as some dvd-rw drives i have at reading data dvd-rs that i have used for archiving (and finalizing) and also some original movie dvds.  any ideas about this?

it is more out of curiosity as i have plenty of other dvd-roms/rws to do the job but was just wondering if the kreon firmware makes the drive more of a specialized drive?
